DIRECT CARE STAFF
The Direct Care
Staff, at least 21 years of age, will be under
the supervision of the Case Manager/Social
Worker and will be responsible for the
following:
1. Shall be responsible to establish
the family model, coordinate and manage all the
activities and services related to the needs of
the children/youth under their care.
2. Shall
provide for the nurture and discipline of the
children under their care, using the assistance
of the Case Manager/Social Worker and Executive
Director as resource persons.
3. Shall
coordinate all support services for the children
with the Case Manager/Social Worker.
4. Shall
perform other duties as assigned by the Case
Manager/Social Worker or the Executive Director.
5. Shall
at all times exhibit conduct that offers a
healthy role model for the children in care,
promotes the professionalism of the NCHS and
communicates a Christian witness.
Educational Requirements:
Direct Care
Staff
shall have a
high school diploma (or equivalency) and will
successfully complete the Natchez Children's
Home Services staff orientation. (We are fully staff at the moment, however, you may complete an application for future openings.)
